Soren brings a wealth of experience to her new role, having joined San Bernardino in 2021 as Human Resources Director after a distinguished fourteen-year tenure at the County of San Bernardino in Human Resources. Before her public sector service, Soren spent five years in the private sector, where she served as Labor Relations Coordinator for Stater Bros. Markets, overseeing 150 stores and 17,000 employees.

Educational Background

Educationally, Soren holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from California State University, San Bernardino, and a master’s in public administration from California Baptist University.
